Vibrant Future Ahead - Proverbs 3:5-6
This painting, titled "Vibrant Future Ahead" is based on Proverbs 3:6 "In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths." With the painting, I imagine that the rain has just stopped for a moment. The beautiful colors of the building are amplified by the rain and possibly sunlight that is beginning to peek through the clouds. It is that moment after the storm when everything is peaceful and everything is beautiful. In life, there are many storms. Yet, once God brings us through those storms the beauty of what we learned and what is ahead becomes apparent. This painting and this verse remind me that if I stay close to God, I have a "Vibrant Future Ahead" of me.
